New Delhi: Today, the birth anniversary of Maharana Pratap is being celebrated all over the country, Rajputane has had a proud place in Indian history. The question arises as to what is the definition of greatness. Akbar is called great by killing thousands of people and Maharana Pratap is not called great even after saving thousands of lives. Actually, the history of our country has been written by the British and the Communists. He made those people great who oppressed India or who attacked and looted the country, converted India and ended Indian pride by humiliating it. Akbar had drowned Malwa-Nimar in blood for Roopmati. Maharana Pratap, the great Rajput king of Mewar, is known as an example in the whole world for his might and bravery. A Rajput emperor who preferred to live in the forests but never accepted the slavery of foreign Mughals. He sacrificed everything for the country, religion and freedom. 

How many people are there who know the reality of Akbar and how many people are there who know the sacrifice and struggle of Maharana Pratap? During the time of Pratap, Delhi was ruled by the Ottoman Emperor Akbar, who wanted to hoist the Islamic flag all over the world by establishing the Mughal Empire by subduing all the kings and emperors of the country. For this he took support of both policy and unethical. Despite continuous efforts of 30 years, Akbar could not make Maharana Pratap a prisoner.
