During this, he had told that 'I fell in love 4 times in my life, but all four times the situation was such that for some reason or the other, the sehra kept getting tied on the head.' He further said that 'It is a good thing that they could not get married, if they had, then the situation would have been more difficult.'
Talking about his personal life, Ratan Tata, 84, said that during the 1962 Indo-China war, he fell in love with a girl while working in America. Both of them wanted to get married. Meanwhile, Ratan Tata came to India. And his girlfriend married someone else, after which he has not married till date.
