Actor Arun Vijay’s Sinam is all set to hit screens in theatres. The actor made the announcement on his social media page and assured his fans that the film will release in theatres only. He shared a new still from the film and wrote, “#Sinam is all set to meet its audience at a grand theatrical release! With the pandemic situation easing down and the theaters gearing up for screening pretty soon, #SINAM will hit the theatres. Let's hope for a better and safer environment in the coming days. ” The release date is expected to be announced once theatres reopen in the state. Sinam is directed by GNR Kumaravelan and is said to be an intense crime thriller.

Arun Vijay will be seen sporting two looks in the film in which one is a clean-shaven look and will have stubble in the other. Produced by Arun Vijay's father Vijaykumar in his Movie Slides Pvt Ltd production house, Sinam will have Arun Vijay playing a cop after Kuttram 23. Palak Lalwani plays the leading lady and Kaali Venkat plays a crucial role. Sagaa-fame Shabir has composed the music for the film while cinematographer S Gopinath has handled the cinematography.
