New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday termed the efforts of the agitating farmers to be justified and defamed them completely wrong, saying that his Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) fully supports the ongoing agitation of farmers. Kejriwal was replying to farmer leader Rakesh Tikait's tweet.

In the tweet, Tikait thanked CM Kejriwal for making arrangements for the farmers. Kejriwal wrote that ''Rakesh Ji, we are full of the farmers. Your demands are valid. It is utterly wrong to discredit the farmers' movement, calling the farmers as traitors and making false cases against the farmers' leaders who have been agitating peacefully for so many days."

At the same time, Satyendra Jain has said in tweeting that 'Delhi Government has sent water tanker border for farmers as per the order of Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal Ji, but on the BJP's order, the police are not allowing even basic facilities like water to the farmers. This is a violation of BJP's dirty politics as well as human rights.' Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia visited the Ghazipur border on Friday to take stock of the arrangements made by the Delhi government for the agitating farmers. These farmers are demanding the repeal of the new agricultural law.
