Kolkata: Asaduddin Owaisi's party AIMIM is also trying its luck in the West Bengal assembly elections. After the three-phase election, the party has released the list of its seven candidates. These candidates will try their luck in the fourth phase elections to be held on April 10. Muslim faces have been given tickets on all the seven seats of Owaisi.

In such a situation, it is believed that there may be a challenge for CM Mamata Banerjee. Actually, Mamata says that the vote of the Muslims of Bengal should not be divided under any circumstances. She is also constantly attacking Owaisi. He says that Owaisi is helping the BJP. On Owaisi's decision to contest the election, it is being said that AIMIM can make a dent in TMC's vote bank. In fact, Muslim voters constitute around 30 percent of the electorate in Bengal, and in such a situation their role becomes important.

Earlier, AIMIM had won five seats in Bihar assembly elections. Now Owaisi is trying his Muslim factor in Bengal too. Among the leaders who have been given tickets by Owaisi, Mofakkar Islam from Ether seat, Alsokat Zaman from Jalangi seat, Nure Mahboob Alam from Sagardighi seat, Sajjad Hosain from Bharatpur seat, Maulana Motiur Rahman from Maltipur seat, Saidur Rahman from Ratua seat The name of Danish Aziz from Asansol North seat is included.
