Hyderabad: Asaduddin Owaisi, president of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) and MP from Hyderabad, has questioned the criminal justice system. He said that there is favor with Muslims in the Terror case. After the acquittal of the terror attack accused Ghulam Khan and Kausar Khan at the CRPF camp in Rampur, Owaisi tweeted, "Muslims are sent to jail in the Terror case and only release takes place after years. We experience systemic bias in the criminal justice system."

AIMIM chief Owaisi wrote in his tweet that, 'Here not only double injustice was done not only with Gulab Khan but also with the victims of Rampur attack'. Owaisi also asked who were the real culprits of the Rampur terror attack? Gulab Khan and his family suffered insults for 12 years, will Gulab Khan be compensated for that?

When Gulab Khan returned home after being acquitted by the court of Rampur, he was welcomed. During this, Gulab Khan said, 'Allah has given me a new life'. He said, 'I had nothing to do with the terrorist attack, but still I was accused. When I was arrested in this case, I felt that my life and my family was ruined. Many times it felt like a heart attack would happen and death would happen.'
