Jaipur: Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot on Thursday (April 6) reacted sharply to Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia and former CM Ghulam Nabi Azad for targeting Rahul Gandhi, saying that no one had thought that these two (Scindia and Azad) would start speaking such low-level language against Rahul Gandhi. CM Gehlot said that BJP leaders are tired because, despite so many attacks, Rahul Gandhi has not shied away from raising the voice of the people. That's why a task has been given to the leaders who left Congress. The ideology against which he had vowed to fight throughout his life, today he has stood with the same fascist ideology at the behest of BJP leaders.

What did Scindia say about Rahul Gandhi?

In fact, while targeting Rahul Gandhi and Congress, Scindia said that the party (Congress) has no ideology left except the traitor who works against the country. He hit out at the Congress for the special treatment accorded to Gandhi after her conviction in a defamation case and accused the judiciary of exerting pressure. Jyotiraditya Scindia said in his statement that the leader of the opposition party (Rohal) should make such remarks against a community that the whole community is a thief. Humiliate that community, humiliate our backward class, and then make such statements. I agree that the Congress party, which has done the act of stigmatising and humiliating the backward class, has asked for proof of the bravery of our soldiers and made the statement that China has beaten up our soldiers in our border area. There is no ideology left of such a Congress party. There is only one ideology left from such a party (Congress), and that is the ideology of a traitor working against the country.

Ghulam Nabi Azad's attack on Rahul Gandhi:

Let us tell you that Ghulam Nabi Azad left the Congress in 2022 after working hard for the Congress for 50 years, calling Rahul Gandhi childish and immature. In the past, Ghulam Nabi Azad has said that it is necessary to be spineless to remain in the Congress party. Azad had claimed that Rahul Gandhi was the reason many people like me left the Congress. When Azad also left the Congress, he said that Rahul Gandhi does not work seriously and that important party decisions are taken by Rahul's guards and PA while senior leaders are sidelined.
