Chief Minister Gehlot said in a tweet on Wednesday that, 'Assembly is starting on August 14. I hope that during this time, we will be able to openly consult about the situation of Corona in the state, the situation which has become financially after the lockdown. I am sure everyone will get support from the Opposition and Opposition in providing good governance, new confidence will arise in the people of the state '.

During the time of political struggle, there was a lot of confrontation between the state government and the Raj Bhavan on the matter of calling this assembly session. There was a long period of movement of files between the government and the Raj Bhavan to call the assembly session. Previously, the Raj Bhavan had returned the government's file for calling the assembly session thrice, citing the Corona period and other rules. The governor had asked the government to answer some questions. After that it was approved to call the session with some conditions. The legislators of the ruling party also staged a sit-in at the Raj Bhavan to call the assembly session, but after all the contradictions, the assembly session will start from tomorrow. The ruling party and the opposition are fully geared up for this session. Congress and BJP will meet today to prepare their plans for the session.
