Ashutosh Gowariker is a fine actor but missing from acting for about a decade. He all focused on his direction stream. But good news is that, Ashutosh will act in Priyanka Chopra's Marathi film titled 'Ventilator'. Priyanka Chopra is producer of this film and Rajesh Mapuskar is the director.

Rajesh debuted with film Ferrari Ki Sawaari said, "He (Ashu) couldn't believe it when I told him that I had written the character with him in mind. I wanted an actor with no baggage, but someone tall, with a personality."

When Gowariker was busy in shoot of Mohenjo Daro, he agreed to shoot for this Marathi film 'Ventilator' which is a hospital drama.
