GUWAHATI: Floods in Assam are all set to wreak havoc and havoc all around. Here the patients are having the most problems in this situation. Yes, and there is no way to reach the hospital for his treatment. Now, amidst all this, a video has surfaced in which Assam Transport Minister Parimal Suclbaidya is seen driving a boat amidst the floods and taking a patient to the hospital. According to a news report, the Brahmaputra and Barak rivers are in spate along with their tributaries in most of the flood-affected districts of Assam.

 

Yes, out of the total 35 districts of the state, a large part of 32 districts have been submerged. In fact, amid the flood wave in the state about 15 days ago, Assam's Transport Minister Parimal Suklabaidya became a sailor for a patient who had to go to the hospital for his scheduled dialysis. In this video, You can see Suclbaidya walking through a flooded road in the Barak Valley in a small boat. However, the flood water has receded at some places in the state. In this video, many people were seen walking in knee-deep water close to the boat.

As you all know, at present, transport minister Parimal Suclbaidya is currently camping at Silchar in Cachar. He is monitoring the flood situation in Barak Valley along with local MLAs and senior officials. According to the information of the state officials, the flood situation in Assam remains grim and 45.34 lakh people in 30 districts are still reeling under the flood. In Barpeta district, the worst affected by the floods, 10,32,561 people are reeling under the floods.
