It has been learned that the Danish Health Authority said in a statement on Thursday that the use of the AstraZeneca vaccine in Denmark has been suspended for 14 days due to fears of serious adverse events. There were several reports of blood clots after vaccination. Also, in one such case, a 60-year-old woman was also killed. It is also being said that the European Medical Agency (EMA) on Thursday called Denmark's move a precautionary step. Also stressed that there are no such indications that these conditions were caused by vaccination.

People continue to be vaccinated in the UK: According to the information found, in addition to Denmark, Austria, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Estonia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia and non-European Union (EU) countries Norway and Iceland also have blood clotting. Following similar reports, the vaccine has been banned as a precautionary measure. Of this, Bulgaria had booked more than 4.5 million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine. In the UK, the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency said in a statement that "there is no confirmation yet that blood clots have formed due to the AstraZeneca corona virus vaccine. So people should still continue taking the corona virus vaccine.''
