Canadian star tennis player Denis Shapovalov has been found infected with Covid in Sydney. He is here to participate in the ATP Cup 2022. Shapovalov is part of Kanada's team. The 22-year-old confirmed his infected with Covid himself on Saturday, with the ATP Cup scheduled to be played in Sydney from January 1 to 9 in which 16 teams are scheduled to participate.

Last week, Rafael Nadal was beaten: Canadian Shapovalov participated in the Mubadala World Tennis Championships played in Abu Dhabi last week. He has defeated former world number one Rafael Nadal of Spain for the third spot, who has won 20 Grand Slams.

Shapovalov says- Minor symptoms of corona: Shapovalov shared a post on Twitter saying, "I want to give you updates after coming to Sydney, I have become infected with corona. In the meantime, he has said that he is seeing minor symptoms of covid-19 infection. He further wrote, "I am engaged in following all protocols, including separation, and telling the people I have been in touch with. Right now I'm experiencing minor symptoms, I hope to be back on the tennis court.
