Beijing: China has kept 80 million Uygar Muslims of Xinjiang province imprisoned in their detention camps. An intelligence document from Beijing stated that the Chinese government is trying to improve the cultural and social life of the people of Xinjiang through their active labor and employment policies.
It is also informed in this document that China has kept 8 million Uygar Muslims of this province in separate detention camps. According to a media report, China is running a large-scale detention camp in Xinjiang province. Through these camps, China works to suppress political dissent and persecute Uygar Muslims. The Communist government of China calls these camps practical training centers. From 2014 to 2019, more than 4,15,000 Uygar Muslims were imprisoned in these detention camps, many of whom were also imprisoned many times before.
Turkic Muslims living in Central Asia are called Uygar Muslims. Their language Uygar is also very similar to the Ottoman language. The Uygar Tarin are inhabited in part of the Jangar and Tarpan basins. The Uygars call all these regions by the name of Ugistan, Eastern Turkistan. Their border is with Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India.
