In this case, an autorickshaw driver was caught openly masturbating outside the JNU gate and 27-year-old accused autorickshaw driver has been arrested and detained after three students lodged a complaint at the police station.

Media reports, in this case, said that "A case has been registered against the accused driver at the Kishangarh police station and he was arrested on the spot. At the same time, the accused in this case has been identified. He is a resident of Kanauj in Uttar Pradesh. According to the report that appeared in this case, the incident took place at around 10 pm on 17 September. It is being told that when the three girls were coming back to their JNU hostel, they saw that the accused had opened his pants while standing outside Gate No. 1 and started to act dirty on seeing them.

After this, a student made a noise and informed the security guard about the incident. At the same time, the accused tried to flee leaving his autorickshaw, but he was caught soon. After this, the police was informed and the accused was handed over to the police.
