In fact, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath accepted the family's point of view and ordered a CBI inquiry into the incident on the recommendation of the district administration. Proposal for investigation in this matter has been sent to the Central Government and on the instructions of the Chief Minister, along with DM, SP, BJP leaders reached the Shahid park and the families were forced to end the strike by giving them juice.

Subhash Chandra Pandey, a resident of Gopinath Adda in the city since Monday, along with his wife Sadhana Pandey, people of various political parties, institutions were on hunger strike and on 16 September, the body of Anushka, daughter of Subhash Pandey, was hanged in a room of Navodaya Vidyalaya in Bhogaon.  At the same time, in this case, the family members have alleged that in Navodaya, Anushka, a student of class 11, did not hang herself but was killed.

They are charged with murder - In this case, a murder case was filed in Bhogaon police station against Ajay Rajput, a Class 11 student, along with Navodaya Principal Sushma Sagar, school warden are accused of murder in this case. The angry families, when not arrested, started a hunger strike at Shaheed Park in the municipality from Monday. On Tuesday, the strike was called off following a dramatic incident.

In this case, Excise Minister Ram Naresh Agnihotri informed CM Yogi Adinath on Monday about the entire incident and CM issued orders to investigate the incident from STF on the demand of the minister, but Anushka's family were not satisfied with the STF investigation And they continued to demand a CBI inquiry. At the same time, the information of the case reached the CM office, then the CM office sought the report of the whole incident from DM PK Upadhyay, SP Ajay Shankar Rai.

After that at 10:30 pm DM, SP, BJP District President Alok Gupta, District Vice President Pradeep Chauhan, Anurag Pandey went to Shaheed Park and the officials and BJP leaders first tried to convince the family for STF investigation but the family, in any case, was not prepared for anything other than the CBI investigation. In the same night, the officers informed the CM office about the demand of the family and after 3 hours of struggle, instructions were given to the Mainpuri administration to recommend a CBI inquiry into the incident from the CM office at 1:00 pm and a statement to this effect. A letter has also been sent.
