In India, it is illegal to modify vehicles. After the implementation of the new Motor Vehicles Act, the traffic police is not sparing the culprits. Many cases have come to light where vehicles have been confiscated for modifying bikes and cars. But here comes a case where some traffic police officers are enjoying sitting in a strangely modified car.

Now petrol or diesel, now car will run on water

To modify this car, the wheel base of the car has been shortened. The rear features new tail lamps and bumper. The front end has been modified and Maruti WagonR headlamps have been installed. This car looks like a mini electric car, but has not changed its engine and transmission. The car has an old dashboard and steering has also been changed. It should be noted that such modifications are illegal without RTO orders. In fact, structural changes are extremely dangerous and vehicles have to pass tests by ARAI to prove their road worthiness again. In many other states of India, such modified vehicles are immediately seized.
