Reduce tea- Coffee intake: - Piles problem arises when a person starts consuming tea or coffee in excess. In fact, tea and coffee contain caffeine. Due to excessive intake of which there is a lack of water in the body and there is a problem in bowel movement. So try to minimize their intake.  

* Avoid bakery products: – Foods like cakes , pastries, breads made in bakery take a lot of time to digest. Due to this, there is an adverse effect on the digestive system of the stomach and the metabolism of the body is affected. If you eat these things daily, it does not take long for hemorrhoids to emerge.  

Avoid eating these vegetables: There are many vegetables that increase the problem of gas-acidity, indigestion and rashes. These include vegetables like capsicum, cauliflower, potatoes, cabbage. Eating these vegetables regularly weakens the digestive system, which causes piles problems.  

Avoiding fried food: – Too spicy and fried food is always harmful. Due to this, fat increases in the body, as well as they are not easily digested. By eating such food, the problem of constipation starts, which later takes the form of hemorrhoids. If you want to keep this disease away from yourself, then start avoiding fried food.
