New Delhi: In view of the fog, Railways is now going to cancel the Awadh Assam Express. The passengers going towards Guwahati will face a lot of difficulties. Train 05909 Dibrugarh-Lalgarh Avadh Assam Express will not operate from Dibrugarh from 16 December to 31 January. This train will not come to Lucknow from December 18 to February 2.

Similarly, train 05910 Lalgarh-Dibrugarh Awadh Assam Express will be closed from December 19 to February 3 from Special Lalgarh. Train 05933 Dibrugarh-Amritsar Express Special will not operate from the initial station Dibrugarh from 22 December to 26 January, while in return train 0593 Amritsar-Dibrugarh Express Special will not run on the tracks from 25 December to 29 January. Train 01803 Jhansi-Lucknow Intercity Special will be cancelled every Saturday and Sunday in both directions from 19 December to 31 January.

The railways have removed three trains to Igatpuri. Now Kushinagar Express Special and Gorakhpur LTT Superfast Special Igatpuri will not stop. Train 05211 Darbhanga-Amritsar Special was cancelled on Monday, while on return 05212 Amritsar-Darbhanga Special 16 will be cancelled. On Monday, several trains were parked in the middle track as the freight train engine failed. Train 02555 Gorakhdham Special was delayed by two hours and 02573 Humsafar Special by one and a half hours, while 02220 Suheldev Special arrived two and a half hours, 04208 Padmavat Special one hour and 02557 Saptakranti Special half an hour late.
