Ayodhya case: After Jamiat now Peace Party of India will also file reconsideration petition

Ayodhya: Peace Party of India will also file a review petition in the apex court regarding the decision taken in the Ayodhya Ram temple and Babri Masjid case. The first petition, in this case, has been filed on behalf of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind. The applications of the petitioners, who are fighting the case on behalf of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, are yet to come. Petitions are due to be filed by 9 December. Because reconsideration petitions can be filed within 30 days of the decision.

The Peace Party of India argues that the report belongs to the ASI. Facts are not included in this. The land was occupied by the Muslim side till 1949 and the Indian Evidence Act 110 was not used. The Peace Party also says that till 1949 there were prayers in the mosque and before 1949 there was no statue there.

The first review petition has been filed in the Supreme Court in the Ayodhya Ramjanmabhoomi dispute case. The party M Siddiqui has filed a 217-page reconsideration petition. M Siddiqui demanded that the Constitution Bench's order be stayed, in which the court ruled in favor of the Ram temple.
