Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh: In anticipation of the upcoming consecration ceremony at the Ram Mandir on January 22, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took charge of reviewing the preparations on January 19. Emphasizing the significance of security and VIP arrangements, he directed officials to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for attendees.

Key Preparations for the Pran Prathistha Ceremony:

Essential Commodities for Residents: Officials have been instructed to prevent shortages of essential goods for residents due to increased visitor traffic.

24-Hour Call Centre: A 24-hour active call centre has been set up to facilitate continuous communication, especially for VVIP transportation needs.

Collaboration of Security Agencies: Central and state security agencies are working together to implement stringent security measures, with a focus on the quality of stay and coordination for attendees.

Increased Patrolling: Stringent security measures, including increased patrolling in identified zones, have been implemented to counter external and internal threats.

Inter-District and Inter-State Police Coordination: Anticipating a surge in devotees post-ceremony, CM Adityanath stressed the need for coordination between inter-district and inter-state police to ensure a seamless experience for visitors.

Parking Facilities: Five multi-storey parking facilities have been constructed across Ayodhya by the Ayodhya Development Authority and Ayodhya Municipal Corporation. These facilities not only provide ample parking spaces but also include amenities such as food courts, restaurants, and banquet halls for devotees' convenience.

Healthcare Preparedness: Beds at city-based district hospitals and the local medical college have been reserved, with specialists from AIIMS conducting emergency response training for healthcare professionals. Protocols are in place to direct individuals facing health emergencies to the Sri Ram Hospital.

Collaborative Efforts for Health Preparedness: The central government and states are working collaboratively to ensure preparedness. Emergency response teams, oxygen facilities, and specialist doctors are being mobilized to handle any health-related challenges.

Ambulance Services: Ambulances equipped with basic and advanced life support systems will be strategically positioned around the temple complex. Adequate medicine stocks have been secured, considering the large anticipated crowd and the cold weather.

Security Measures: Anti-terrorist squad (ATS) commandos from Uttar Pradesh have been deployed to boost security at key locations, including Lata Mangeshkar Chowk in Ayodhya. Heightened security measures are also in place in Mainpuri City.
