Vicky Donor actor has often left us awestruck with his beautiful prose and poetry. And today on International Women's day, the actor has penned a really moving piece for all the girls out there.
The actor is busy shooting for Anubhav Sinha's Article 15 in Uttar Pradesh. However, the actor took time out to record a video of himself, reciting the special poem which he had written. In the video, Ayushmann sports a moustache, which is a part of his cop role in Article 15. The multi-talented star has captioned his post as, “इक लड़की ऐसी है जो बचपन में बड़ीहो गयी #happywomensday #महिलादिवस.” Check out the video below:
Earlier, while talking about his character, Ayushmann in an interview with a daily had said, "I'm always intrigued by the socio-political situation of our country. We hardly see films which present the situation in an unbiased way. Anubhav is one such director who understands the complexities of our country. I loved Mulk. It is the most balanced film based on communalism and extremism. And it will be an absolute pleasure to work with him on Article 15."
In the film, while Ayushmann will essay the principal protagonist, the supporting cast comprises Isha Talwar, Manoj Pahwa, Sayani Gupta, Kumud Mishra, M. Nasser, Ashish Verma, Sushil Pandey, Subrajyoti Bharat, Ronjini Chakraborty and Zeeshan Ayub.
