Lucknow: The Supreme Court has rejected Azam Khan's demand to transfer his son Abdullah Azam's fake birth certificate case out of Uttar Pradesh. In this petition, Azam Khan said that he will not be able to get justice in Uttar Pradesh.

The Supreme Court refused to hear Azam Khan's petition, saying that there was no reason for the Intervention of the Supreme Court (SC) in this matter. In such a situation, you can go to the High Court. Along with this, the court directed that his petition be heard at the earliest. Azam Khan and his son Abdullah Azam will now have to approach the Uttar Pradesh High Court after SC refused to hear the petition.

Let us tell you that Azam Khan's legal hurdles are not subsiding. Earlier, the court had on Tuesday heard a case registered against Communist Party leader Azam Khan at Shahzadnagar police station for making hate speeches. Inspector Anurag Chaudhary, a witness in that case, had recorded his statement. After the completion of his testimony, the next hearing, in this case, will be on January 05. In this case, it was alleged that he had made objectionable comments against people and officers holding constitutional posts. The case was reported by Faisal Khan Lala to the city Kotwali police station.
