Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar is also known by the name Babasaheb. Ambedkar ji had contributed a lot in making the Constitution of India. Ambedkar was a well-known politician and eminent jurist. He started many movements to eradicate untouchability, casteism, touched the country. He had dedicated his whole life to the poor, he worked hard for the rights of Dalits and backward castes. After independence, Ambedkar was made Law Minister in Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru's cabinet for the first time. Ambedkar was awarded the country's highest honor Bharat Ratna in 1990 for his good work and for doing a lot for the country.

 Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar (1891–1956) was born into a Mahar Dalit family. Ambedkar was the 14th child of his parents. His father was a Subedar in the Indian Army, and his posting was in Mhow near Indore, this is what Ambedkar Ji was born. After retirement in 1894, his entire family shifted to Satara, Maharashtra. After a few days his mother died, after which his father got remarried, and shifted to Bombay. After which Ambedkarji's studies started in Bombay, in 1906, at the age of 15, he was married to Ramabai of 9 years. After this, in 1908, he passed the examination of 12th.

Let us tell you that Ambedkar had seen about untouchability since childhood, he belonged to the Hindu Mehr cast, who were considered inferior and touching the high cast also considered it a sin. For this reason, Ambedkar had to suffer discrimination at many places in society. A victim of this discrimination and humiliation, Ambedkar also had to be in the army school where he used to study, the children of his cast were not allowed to sit inside the class. Even the teacher did not pay attention to them. Here they were not allowed to touch the water, even the peon of the school used to give them water from above, on the day the peon did not come, on that day they did not even get water.
