Know how Baba Saheb Ambedkar got his doctorate

Constituent architect, thinker, social reformer Baba Saheb Ambedkar was born on 14 April 1891 in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh. His father's name was Ramji Maloji Sakpal and mother's name was Bhimabai. He was the fourteenth child of his parents. From the very beginning, Ambedkar was good at studies. After completing his schooling, Ambedkar ji got an opportunity to go to Elphinstone College, Bombay, for further studies, he was very good and sharp minded in studies, he passed all the examinations well, so he was asked by Gaekwad of Baroda Every month scholarship of 25 rupees was started from Raja Sahyaji. This helped him a lot.

He completed his graduation in political science and economics in 1912. He thought of investing his scholarship money in further studies and went to America for further studies. After his return from America, the King of Baroda made him Minister of Defense in his kingdom. But even here, untouchability did not stop him, despite being in such a big position, he faced humiliation many times. Because of which they were very disappointed.

With the help of the Bombay Governor, he became a professor of political economics at the Syndrome College of Commerce and Economics, Bombay. Ambedkar wanted to study further, so once again he went out of India to England, this time he took the burden of his expenses. Here London University honored him with the DSC Award. Ambedkar spent some time in Germany's Bone University, where he studied more in economics. He was also then awarded the Doctrate degree at Columbia University.
