Two new models of Bajaj's most popular Pulsar 180F and 220F have been launched along with the BS6 model, with the updated Pulsar 180F engine replacing the carburettor with an electronic fuel injection system. However, the power and torque output is the same as the BS4 version. The 178.6cc engine given in the bike generates 16.8 bhp power at 8,500rpm and 14.52 Nm peak torque at 6,500 rpm. On the other hand, the 220cc engine has been given in BS6 Bajaj Pulsar 220F. This engine generates the power of 20.12 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 18.55 Nm peak torque at 7,000rpm. Along with this, now all the bikes in the Pulsar range conform to BS6 emission norms.

The updates of both the bikes models, their prices have also increased, in which the price of BS6 Pulsar 125 Neon is Rs 69997, Pulsar 150 Rs 94,957 and Pulsar 150 Twin Disc price is Rs 98,835. The price of Pulsar NS160 is Rs 94,195, Pulsar NS200 is Rs 1,14,355 and RS200 is Rs 1,41,933. These prices are ex-showroom Delhi. On the other hand, the price of Bajaj Pulsar 180F BS6 is Rs 1,07,827. Compared to BS6 model, its price has increased by more than 11 thousand rupees. The price of BS6 Pulsar 220F is now Rs. 1,17,286, which is about 9 thousand rupees more than the BS4 model.
