Olympic bronze medallist wrestler Bajrang Punia on Monday said that he is scheduled to visit the Ascending Model School in Panipat under the Meet the Champions (Meet the Champion) program on December 23 and discuss sports and a balanced diet with the students there.
According to reports, Bajrang posted on Twitter and wrote, "I am very happy that I am going to participate in the sequel to Meet the Champions. On December 23, I am going to the famous Ascending Model School in Panipat and interact with the children about sports and a balanced diet.'’
Earlier this month, javelin throw athlete and Olympic gold medallist Neeraj Chopra visited Sanskardham School in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and launched the National Mission, wherein the famous sportspersons are scheduled to visit schools in the country to make students aware of the importance of a balanced diet, fitness and sports.
