The much-anticipated upcoming film Akhanda, directed by Boyapati Srinu, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, has been completed. The filmmakers took to social media to mark the completion of the filming by posting a photo of Balakrishna and the rest of the cast and crew. Work on post-production will begin today.
The makers finished canning a song in Annapurna Studios, and the filming portion is now complete. Balakrishna, Boyapati Srinu, producer Miryala Ravinder Reddy, and Sridhar are seen posing with thumbs up in the shot. However, no official release date has been announced by the makers.

Due to the second wave of Coronavirus, Akhanda was pushed back from its original May 28 release date. It was initially scheduled for a Diwali release, but it was also postponed, and the producers have yet to set a date.
Balakrishna and Boyapati teamed together for the third time to complete hat-trick hits as a pair. . Balakrishna will play two characters in the film. The leading lady is Pragya Jaiswal. Suniel Shetty, Srikanth, Poorna, Prabhakar, Sharath Lohithaswa, and Viji Chandrasekhar all play key roles. S Thaman created the music. Akhanda is produced by Miryala Ravinder Reddy under the banner of Dwaraka Creations.
