The rumours of being upset with Karan Johar, the ace musician Bappi Lahiri cleared that he is not upset with film-maker Karan Johar for making fun of him in his last release film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. 

The scene for which all the issue lie is when Ranbir sings ‘Tacky O Tacky’ instead of original lyrics ‘Taaki O Taaki’ which was composed by Bappi Lahiri.

Bappi on this note said, “Makers don’t know anything about music. Bura kyu lagega. Main hun kaun bura manne wala? ” 

“The makers openly disrespected Mohammed Rafi saab. I am nothing compared to him. It’s pretty clear thatthese people don’t know anything about music, so you can’t be upset with such people,” he added.

Bappa Lahiri, the son of Bappi Lahiri had asked for an apology from Karan for being “insensitive”, “It’s clear that they can’t respect their seniors or their work. If they can be so insensitive, it’s no use being upset with them."
