2 large eggplants
2 medium onions
3 tomatoes
250 g yogurt
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
salt to taste

2 tsp ginger garlic paste

Green chillies (chopped into pieces)
Coriander (chopped into pieces)
Method of making brinjal filling - First place the brinjal on a flame and fry. When the brinjal turns black or brown, peel it off. Then mash the eggplant. Now heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and fry. Add ginger garlic paste to it. Then add chopped tomatoes and run it till the oil separates. Now add red chilli, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Mix it well. Add curd to it and mix it. Then add mashed eggplant and run. Now run it for 5 minutes and mix well. Then add green chillies, coriander and garam masala and garnish. Now serve with buttered hot bread.
