In fact, in her recent complaint, the TV actress said, "She started receiving rape threats from July last year. She was receiving such messages on Instagram.'' After that, She also tried to contact the Kolkata police, but nothing happened. At the same time, she also claimed, ''This is being done by a person.''

Talking to a website, she said, "Every time I block that Instagram account, a new account is created and get threatened again. I have blocked the account a total of 31 times. Now, in this entire case, Kolkata Police has registered a complaint under sections 354-A/D, 506, and 509 of it Act, 2000 and IPC.'' According to reports, the police are now investigating the case.
