Nintendo, the world's largest gaming major had launched its gaming console in the month of March. The company reported to have a 20% raise in its market, this is much more than its counterpart sales, Wii, which was launched in 2006.

In the same period of time, the Nintendo garnered 20% raise in the market, while Wii garnered only 8.9%, this shows that Switch is the best ever launch of the company. Jefferies Group analyst Atul Goyal manipulated the data which shows that nearly2.5 to3 millions of Switch were sold in one month.

As per the reports, Goyal said, "Nintendo’s guidance of Switch volumes and OP (operating profit) numbers could very well underwhelm the market."
