Get all bank work done or wait until April 4

If you have a paused job in the bank, complete it this week, or else you'll have to wait until April 4. There are only 2 working days between March 27 and April 4. So you have 2 options, either get the task settled this week or have to wait until April 4 to complete it. The bank is going to remain closed for the second Saturday across India and the festival of Holi from 27th to 29th March, 3rd day. Bank branches in Patna will remain closed for 4 days continuously as there is a holiday on March 30 as per the list of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) holidays. March 31 is not a holiday, but it is the last day of the financial year. Banks will not work on the first day on April 1. April 2 is Good Friday, so banks are going to remain closed across the country.

Bank holidays are not observed by some states and may therefore vary according to a specific region or state. According to the RBI calendar, apart from the 4th Sunday and 2nd Saturdays, banks are going to remain closed on gazetted holidays across the country. According to the central bank's holiday calendar, banks of various states are due to remain closed for work on March 22, 29, and 30 for March 2021.

Meanwhile, a 2-day countrywide bank strike on March 15-16 triggered disruption of services including cash withdrawals, deposits, loans, and cheque clearances. Under the Joint Forum of United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU), members belonging to various bank unions protested against the privatization of 2 more state-owned banks.
