Actor Dev Paimal discusses the value of fitness in his life and shares his transformation from fat to fit. Dev Paimal has previously appeared in shows like "Beyhadh" and "Naagarjuna - Ek Yoddha."
He claims, "I wasn't very active during my academic career and I was a little bit chubby. At the time, I didn't give it much thought, but later, when I was in college, I wanted to makeover myself. And I've since developed a fitness obsession. I was able to open up a lot of new doors in life thanks to fitness. I could go on to win numerous pageants and start an acting career. Now, maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine is one of my daily priorities."
Dev goes on to discuss the significance of fitness and says, "With time, I realized how crucial it is to include exercise in our daily routine. Now, I consider exercise and physical activity to be crucial for everyone. We all need to engage in regular physical activity because it promotes good health. Regardless of our profession, we should remain active at all stages of our lives "said he.
The actor, who most recently appeared on the television show "Kalash Ek Vishwaas," believes that being physically fit is essential for an actor to not only look good but also perform at their best.
"Being into acting and in the world of fashion, it is more important for me to be physically fit, but not just to look good onstage and to fit into the costumes, but also to be able to maintain the stamina to complete the day-long shoots each day, and to feel good," he claims. In my opinion, maintaining physical fitness can help us shoot each day looking and feeling our best.
Dev has also appeared in the Bollywood film "Welcome 2 Karachi," and he intends to resume his employment. I intend to start working again soon. I'm conversing. I'll accept a part as soon as I find one in a compelling story. I'm not constrained to one medium over another. As an actor I'm open to explore new challenge and opportunities myself."
