A few months back, National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) launches the BHIM app. This app is the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) based payments app. This NPCI updated the app and fixes the major issues of the app; the current version of the app is v1.2. This new update also has new features, which add great value to the app.

NPCI tell about the new features of the app, in a press release. The biggest and most important feature of this app is regional languages. This update has seven new regional language support, that means other than English and Hindi, customer centric even other languages are also supported by the app. Those languages are Bengali, Kannada, Gujarati, Malayalam, Odia, Tamil, and Telugu, which is supported by the app.

The new version offers enhanced security features, superior user experience which makes digital transactions much more safe and secure.
