Students said that Aamir Khan made a video in March 2017 by implicating him in false love and has been blackmailing her for 3 years, threatening to make the same video viral. In this case, the victim said that 'the accused has been raping continuously for 3 years. Now he is asking her to do the same with his friends.

In this case, TI Rakesh Verma says, 'A 20-year-old girl living in Govindpura police station area is a BA second year student in a government college. While visiting a sports complex, she met Aamir Khan, who runs a chicken shop. On 27 March 2017, the accused took her to the guest dhaba. He tortured the girl in a room. During this time, the accused also made a video of the student. Then threatened to make this video viral till now. If she does not listen to him, he brutally assaults her.

He further said, 'On February 4, she called the girl again to Jamburi ground. During this, his friends Rahul Thackeray and Amit Khatik also tried to torture her. On protesting, the accused beat him up. After this, the student has reached Bilkhariya police station and lodged a case against the accused. Now the investigation is going on in this case and so far no arrest has been made.
