Bhopal: After defeating Corona, RS Dhakad arrived home from AIIMS after 14 days, He said, "patience should not be lost. Even if the train derails, do not panic, be patient. Use each moment in the golden hour. This learning of the railway came in handy after the corona got infected. I was not scared at all. Like home, he used to exercise for one hour in the hospital.

In fact, he was the third patient to be infected with Corona in Bhopal. Prior to this, Corona, who lives in Professor Colony, has reached home safely after treatment in infected father-daughter AIIMS. Dhakad was admitted to AIIMS on 27 March. He told that his routine had become better after being admitted in the hospital.

After getting up at six in the morning, chanting Mahamrityunjaya and Gayatri Mantra, and then exercising. It used to take two hours. After this, tea and breakfast. Then used to watch the news. Used to listen to songs on YouTube, by then it was lunch time. Rest for one to two hours after meals. In the evening also used to recite mantras and recite songs. The railway job was so busy that even thinking of Mahamrityunjaya and Gayatri Mantra could not be recited. This work was done during Corona's disease. He said that AIIMS Bhopal has no less facility than any private hospital in the state. Everyday food was exchanged, lukewarm water was given on need. The staff there is very good. Director Dr. Sarman Singh takes information of all Corona patients personally from his doctors.
