Visakhapatnam: Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM K Narayan Swamy has termed the people of Tablighi Jamaat as 'dirty' and 'unclean'. Not only this, while talking to the media, but the Deputy CM also blamed Tablighi Jamaat for the rapid spread of corona infection. He said that the people of the Jamaat lick 'plates and spoons', so that the infection of corona can be spread.
Attacking the people of Tablighi Jamaat, he said, 'These Jamati do all the dirty work. The hygiene that should be taken care about food is not maintained. Willfully spoon and lick the plate and spread impurity. ' K. Narayana Swamy further said that the people of Tablighi Jamaat who returned to join the Markaj organized near Nizamuddin in Delhi are not following the rules of lockdown and willfully violating government instructions.
Narayan Swamy, alleging that, 'These people of Tablighi Jamaat who returned to join Markaz are not supporting the government. They are spreading the corona infection by openly roaming around shops and squares. However, later when he was pulled up on the deputy CM's statement on Twitter, he apologized for his statement.
