51 Indian nationals test positive for corona in Singapore, total 191 people infected

Singapore: 51 Indian nationals working in Singapore have also been found infected with the coronavirus on Saturday, which is among 191 new corono-positive cases reported in Singapore on Saturday. After this, the total number of corona patients here has been 2,299. All these Indians work here. There are many people living in one room here, due to which the corona infection is spreading rapidly.

The Health Ministry has reported that a 90-year-old elderly person from Singapore died on Saturday morning due to complications arising from COVID-19 infection. Now the total number of deaths due to coronavirus has increased to 8. It has been said that in all these 191 new patients, the infection is spread locally. Apart from this, in 51 Indians, this infection is spread due to being in the dormitory with foreign laborers. The first case from Dormitory was revealed on 29 March.

31 patients out of 943 hospitalized are in ICU and their condition is said to be critical. The ministry said that thirty-five patients have been discharged from hospitals or have been kept in community isolation centers till Saturday. In all, 528 patients have been fully recovered so far.
