New Delhi: The country is currently under a second wave of corona virus. Even in the midst of this epidemic, thousands of farmers on the borders of Delhi are still sitting on the borders demanding repeal of agricultural laws. But one of these farmers' organisations, the Bharatiya Kisan Union (Kisan Sarkar), has appealed that farmers should suspend their agitation till the corona crisis.

According to media reports, Indian Farmers Union (Kisan Sarkar) spokesperson Bhopal Singh has said that our agitation against agricultural laws can be carried out after the corona epidemic, but it should be avoided as long as there is an epidemic. Bhopal Singh said that 'As part of the United Kisan Morcha, I appeal to all farmer brothers to suspend the agitation. When the corona crisis end, we will again start our movement against the three agricultural laws and the demand for a law on MSP'.

According to Bhopal Singh, two farmers died of covid at Singhu border on Wednesday itself. In such a situation, we are not talking about retreating from this fight, but simply appealing that it be postponed to Covid. If our farmers continue to die from corona, then who will be part of the movement?
