New Delhi: India's fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar is all set to return to cricket. He has passed his fitness test at the National Cricket Academy. Bhuvneshwar will be seen playing in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy with the Uttar Pradesh team. Bhuvi was injured while playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the 13th season of IPL.

Looking at the preparations for the next season of IPL, Bhuvneshwar Kumar wants to regain his form by playing in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. According to reports, he has been practicing both bowling and batting for the past few days in Noida. The injury that Bhuvneshwar suffered in IPL takes 6 weeks to 6 months to recover. It is very important for Bhuvi to prove match fitness before the series against England to be played next month.

Apart from Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Suresh Raina has also been included in the Uttar Pradesh team. Raina had retired from international cricket last year and he also withdrew from the 13th season of IPL due to personal reasons. Suresh Raina, however, has expressed his desire to continue playing in the IPL. It is very important for him to prove his fitness to stake a claim in the IPL, as he has not played any domestic matches for a long time.
