Veteran Kannada actor Rajesh passed away on Saturday. Actor Rajesh, who is suffering from a serious illness, was admitted to a hospital in Bangalore on February 9. However, he passed away at around 2.30 am today.

Rajesh was 89 years old. Rajesh, who is suffering from kidney failure and age-related illness, was being treated at a hospital in Bengaluru. Actor Rajesh was born in Bengaluru. His real name is Muni Chowdappa. He has also started working in theatre at a young age against the wishes of his parents. His stage name was Vidya Sagar. Rajesh formed his own theatre troupe which is also called Shakti Drama Board.
