New Delhi: After arresting the five terrorists, DCP Pramod Singh Kushwaha of Special Cell of Delhi Police has made a big disclosure that the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI is present in Afghanistan. Terror funding is done from there. Drugs are sent to India through the Kashmir Terror Network. When that drug is sold in India, these people promote terrorism in India with this money. 

He further said that those who are standing up against terrorism are being killed. Efforts are being made to disturb communal harmony. All these wires are connecting with Pakistan and they had a target of targeting killings, but with the efforts of Delhi Police and Central agencies, these terrorists have been arrested.

He said that these people are doing the target killing in Punjab. Actually, the Pakistani agency ISI is behind all this. Investigations and inquiries have revealed that all the accused arrested are criminals. Among them, the accused Pathan has a connection with the terrorist organization Hizbul Mujahideen, he was the OGW of Hizbul. They belong to the terrorists sitting in Pakistan. Pathan's brother lives in PoK. These people are involved in drug smuggling.
