The report of ASI survey of Gyanvapi Mosque of Varanasi is going to be released soon. Because during the hearing regarding this today (January 24), the District Judge has ordered that the survey report is going to be given to the parties. This afternoon, during the hearing, District Judge Ajay Krishna Vishwesh asked the Muslim party who objected that unless the copy of the ASI report is going to be given to the parties, how will it be heard further? 

Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, present in the court from the Hindu side, continuously stressed that a copy of the report is going to be provided on the email of the parties. Regarding which an objection was raised by ASI that the report can be tampered on email and the report will also not be saved from becoming a victim of cyber fraud. Therefore, only its hard copy is going to be provided. The Muslim side has also agreed on this. After this, the District Judge issued instructions to give hard copies of ASI's Gyanvapi survey report to the parties. Now the survey report is expected to come out within two to three days. 

What did Hindu side's lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain say?

Regarding this, Hindu side's lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain has said that both the parties, Hindu and Muslim, have agreed that the hard copy of the ASI survey report is going to be made available to them. The court is going to pass appropriate order on this. This will be known only after seeing what the court writes in its order. It has been agreed between both the parties that a hard copy of the ASI survey is going to be provided to them. 

In response to the question of taking undertaking, Vishnu Shankar Jain said that no order has been issued in the court regarding it till now. You will know when the order arrives. The lawyers of the Archaeological Survey had objected to the demand of providing a copy of the report on email, saying that doing so would lead to cyber fraud. He has said that when the court order comes, an application will be made to him for the hard copy and then the survey report will be studied.

The Muslim side said this: At the same time, lawyers Tauheed Khan and Merajuddin Siddiqui from the Muslim parties have informed that the District Judge has ordered that all the parties be given a copy of the report of the ASI survey of Gyanvapi Masjid. Is. He has said in this regard that objection was raised so that his media trial does not start nor animosity spreads among the people. 

In response to the fact that the survey report was not known among the people, the lawyers of the Muslim side have said that the District Judge has not given any separate instructions in this regard. The lawyers of the Muslim side also seemed to agree that now the common people can also read the report and the report can become completely public. He told that the seal of the report can be opened tomorrow i.e. Thursday and it is expected that its copy will be available within 2 to 3 days.
