The Twitter handle 'The Khabri' wrote, 'Shocking, Shehnaz Gill's father is furious at the makers for arranging the swayamvar. He said that he will not allow this to happen. If this happens, he will seek the help of Shiv Sena.'

Shahnaz's father is a member of Shiv Sena. A video posted claimed that Shehnaz's father said, "We have a meeting with the channel. If the channel is not considered, then we will take help of Shiv Sena, Maharashtra's big party for this. Her father has also contested the elections on behalf of Shiv Sena in Punjab. Shehnaz's father says, "I don't want to make my daughter Rakhi Sawant from Katrina Kaif. Will not let my daughter get married. These people knew that Shehnaz could win the show, but the makers made this plan to win the show to Siddharth Shukla. For this reason, the promo of the show has already been released so that Shehnaz gets less votes."

Soon after Bigg Boss is over, preparations for a new show have started in the house of Bigg Boss, which is named, 'Mujhse Shaadi Karoge'. The show will air from 17 February. In the first episode of this show, famous artist Sunil Grover can also be seen as Gutthi. Gutthi's entry will be with Shagun Ka Thal for Shehnaaz in this show.
