The case is from Thengwa village under the Charpokhari police station area. The eldest sister of the 18-year-old girl has married five years ago to a young man from the village Babnol in the Dawadh police station area of Rohtas district. After the wedding, the sister's brother-in-law Rahul was said to have been visiting her house. In the meantime, the sister's brother-in-law pretended to be in love with the young woman. She pretended to love and promised to marry the young woman. Then raped the young woman. The young woman alleges that the accused young man also made pornographic photos and videos of her from mobile.

When the victim asked him to get married, the accused young man stepped back and threatened to put her pictures on the internet. The young woman then told the family the whole story. After being aware of the rape of the young woman, the family was shocked. He spoke to the family members of the accused youth, asking them to marry, but the family members of the accused refused. The family then filed a police complaint.
