Patna: In Bihar's Muzaffarpur district, a 10-year-old girl, who went to a potato farm with her family members, was lured and raped by a minor boy after taking her to a maize farm. When the victim fainted, the accused fled from there. On regaining consciousness, the girl informed her family members about this. After informing the police accused was arrested.
The incident came to light on Friday afternoon in a village under the Bochan police station area of the district. The Bochhaan police have also arrested the accused. He is being questioned in connection with the incident. He will be produced in court on Saturday. At the same time, an FIR has been lodged against a minor under the POSCO Act at the Women's Police Station regarding the case. On Saturday, the police will process the victim's statement of section 164 in the court and medical examination.
It was told that a 10-year-old girl from the Bochahan area had gone to the farm with her family to harvest potatoes in the village itself. The family was busy in potato korai. Meanwhile, a minor from the village seduced him and took him away from the farm on the pretext of playing with him. He raped her in the cornfield there. When the noise was made, he tied a cloth in the mouth of the girl. The victim fainted after the incident. After some time, when she regained consciousness, she reached her home. Informed his family members there. The family immediately took him to Bochahan police station. This information was given to Bochahan Thanedar Rajesh Kumar. After which the accused was arrested.
