Bihar got a big gift, CM Nitish Kumar to inaugurate AIIMS-Digha elevated road

Patna: The first public function of the newly formed National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government led by CM Nitish Kumar in Bihar took place in the capital Patna on Monday. Here CM Nitish Kumar inaugurated the first and largest elevated path of the state. Deputy CM Tarkishore Prasad and Renu Devi, Road Construction Minister Mangal Pandey and MP Ramkripal Yadav were also present at the inauguration of this elevated corridor built between All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) from Digha, Patna.

After the inauguration, CM Nitish said that this is the first gift of the new NDA government to the people of the state. This will make travel easier. Now, vehicles going towards JP Setu will be easy to travel to other cities including Muzaffarpur in North Bihar. Similarly, it will be easy to go from North Bihar to other cities including the capital Patna, AIIMS, Jehanabad, Gaya and Aurangabad. They can come in less time without getting stuck in the jam.

The construction of this first elevated road in the state, designed to facilitate traffic between North and South Bihar, has cost about Rs. 13 hundred crores. It was also the first public program of the new government. With the inauguration, the movement of vehicles started on this path. Many new techniques have been used in the construction of the bridge.
