The government is always surrounded by the issue of investment in Bihar. Entrepreneurs have been continuously complaining to the government about the small industries that have started. When a new industry policy was made in 2016, it was opposed on behalf of entrepreneurs. It was said that if the government cannot improve the 2011 policy, then the old policy should be allowed to continue. The government implemented the new policy, after which the demand for changes in the entrepreneurial policy started to arise.

At the same time, the government said to review the industry policy in 2018, but 2019 is also in the final stage, but still, the work of reviewing the industrial policy has not been completed. Even after the implementation of the new industrial policy, proposals for investment of more than 14 thousand crores have been received in Bihar. There are more small and medium industries in this, but entrepreneurs are sticking to their demands.
