Lucknow: Famous poet Anamika Jain Ambar, who responded to Neha Singh Rathore's 'UP Me Ka Ba' by singing 'UP Me Baba Ba', was not allowed to recite poetry in Bihar. Citing the reason for this, the officials said that for this they are under a lot of pressure from 'above'. At the same time, poetess Anamika has blamed Bihar's Nitish Kumar's government for this.
According to the report, the fair of Harihar area located in Sonpur of Bihar, which is called Asia's biggest cattle fair, is decorated these days. Anamika Amber was also invited to Kavi Sammelan at this fair. When Anamika reached there, she was stopped in Patna itself and not allowed to participate in the event. At the same time, angry with this, the poets boycotted the Kavi Sammelan. After this, Anamika came on Facebook Live and made serious allegations against the Nitish government of the JDU-RJD alliance of Bihar. She said that she was not allowed to attend the Kavi Sammelan of Sonpur Mela because of pressure from the state government. Anamika Amber further said that the government of Bihar is scared of her poetry recitation. That's why she was stopped from reciting poetry.
The poet said, 'The kind of poems I have written and sung recently, especially the poem written about Yogi Adityanath, had become very famous, due to which I was not allowed to come on stage in Sonpur at the behest of the Bihar government. In protest, other poets boycotted the Kavi Sammelan.'
Anamika further said that she did not know that talking about the nation, talking about the truth can make any government feel so bad. Officials told her that she was not allowed to participate in the Kavi Sammelan, and she was very sad about it. Anamika said that she was stopped from coming on stage due to singing 'UP Me Baba Ba'.
