Muzaffarpur: After the death of 5 people due to poisonous liquor in the Muzaffarpur district of Bihar, the police are continuously taking action on the black trade of illegal liquor. The names of many big liquor traders have also been revealed in the arrest of the illegal foreign liquor businessman of the state. Based on this, on Monday night, special teams of police are continuously raiding various hideouts of liquor mafia in various police station areas of the district.

In this, raids are being conducted by the police in several villages under the Kanti Motipur Karja and Saraiya police stations areas of the district. According to the sources, a liquor baron Manish Kumar was killed at the house of Rasulpur in the border area of Karja police station area of the district. During this time, the police got cash of about 52 lakh rupees from his house, but businessman Manish managed to escape from the spot. Manish's father also works in Muzaffarpur Court, which has been arrested by the police.

About half a dozen liquor businessmen have also been arrested from other police stations. All are being questioned in various places. All the arrested liquor traders are connected to the city's famous crime workers and liquor mafia, which is being investigated by the police team.
